Two Stockholm star chefs try their hand at the simplest of afternoon delights.

Come mid-afternoon, make like the Swedes and pop in for some “fika” in this carefully-restored Stockholm bakery. The brainchild of star chefs Mathias Dahlgren and Martin Berg, Green Rabbit is set on bringing back gluten to its traditional glory—by way of good old rye and dense, dark wheat loaves. Not to mention some killer cinnamon buns.
